Some bad moments
I paid for the full version but I cant dowload it (iphone 4s ios7)
Its great. Fun. Motivating. All for a dollar. Def buy all three apps to get the most out of it.
I love all 3 of the apps! Great workouts with high intensity. Theyre easy to follow and are able to track your workout days. Although I wish there was just one app w all 3 of the workout options so you could track what you do each day throughout all the apps instead of just one. Also I wish there was an arm workout! The only app that works your arms really is bootcamp and its not that much.
This is a great app for those who are looking to get fit. You don’t have to be a fitness pro to be able to do the exercises. On the contrary, it shows you how to do each exercise. There are three levels and each last 5 mins. It can be done anywhere; could it be better? Yes. Also includes a meal plan. No excuses. This app as well as Bootcamp and Bootcamp are killers!!! Must get them all!!!!
